Football is the most popular sport in KUSF championships, featuring both men's and women's competitions. Teams from across Kenya's universities compete in a structured league format, showcasing tactical prowess, athletic ability, and team spirit.
Competition Rules
- 11 players per team on the field
- 90-minute matches (45 minutes per half)
- FIFA standard rules apply
- Minimum 16 registered players per team
- Yellow and red card disciplinary system
