About Handball

Handball is one of the most exciting sports in KUSF, featuring rapid gameplay and intense competition. Teams demonstrate exceptional coordination and athleticism as they compete for championship glory across Kenya's universities.

Competition Rules

  • 7 players per team (6 outfield + 1 goalkeeper)
  • 2 halves of 30 minutes each
  • 3 steps maximum with the ball
  • No kicking the ball with feet
  • Direct free throws for violations
