About Netball
Netball is exclusively a women's sport in KUSF, showcasing exceptional athleticism and strategic gameplay. The sport emphasizes precise passing, defensive positioning, and accurate shooting, making it one of the most technically demanding team sports.
Competition Rules
- 7 players per team with specific positions
- 4 quarters of 15 minutes each
- Players restricted to certain court areas
- Only Goal Shooter and Goal Attack can score
- No dribbling - ball must be passed within 3 seconds
